Hotel Waldruh

Nestled amidst stunning Alpine scenery in a tranquil setting on the edge of the forest, the Wellness Hotel Waldruh awaits you!

The hotel is located directly on the hiking trail to the Hörnle mountain.

The Wellness Hotel Waldruh offers a 230 sq m wellness area with a Finnish sauna, hay sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. A whirlpool is available for a fee. Massages and other wellness treatments can be booked upon request.

The rooms are furnished in a country-house style and all feature a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace. A bathrobe and sauna towel are provided in every room and apartment.

Our generous breakfast buffet with regional products is included when you book a room.

The apartments and the large double room with separate entrance also feature a kitchenette.

Breakfast can be added to the apartment bookings, or you can enjoy our bread roll delivery service by pre-ordering on-site.

Families are very welcome and will find plenty of space in our large double rooms with two separate bedrooms!

Outside of breakfast hours, you can help yourself to drinks and snacks at our self-service bar (for a fee) or prepare a delicious coffee, tea, or hot chocolate specialty at our coin-operated coffee machine, which you can enjoy on our sun terrace when the weather is nice.

You can park your car free of charge in our hotel parking lot, and a bicycle storage room is also available free of charge. You can charge your e-bike there at any time.

The Guggenberg Alm, offering a wide selection of Bavarian, regional, and seasonal dishes, is about a 10-minute walk away.

The Pizzeria Il Duetto Due in the village is about a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.

Several hiking trails and cross-country ski tracks start directly from the hotel. The surrounding Alpine foothills, Bad Bayersoien, the Murnau Moor, and many other beautiful natural landscapes invite you to enjoy hiking, Nordic walking, cycling, mountain biking, or winter sports (skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing).
