"... We do indeed have safe storage space por bicycles. Usually, we store them in our parking garage, which is located underneath the hotel, and they are stored in an area that’s protected with a fence and locked with a padlock that can only be open with keys that the front desk staff safeguards.
In the case of e-bikes, we usually store them in the same room where our guests’ luggage is stored: it’s a room located by the front desk that our personnel can always keep an eye on. We keep them there so that they can be charged, as we have outlets there but not in the parking garage."
