Das Fort Kugelbake ist eine Marinefestung in Cuxhaven 
im Kurteil Döse . Es liegt nahe der Kugelbake , dem Wahrzeichen Cuxhavens, direkt auf der letzten Landspitze an der Elbmündung. Es ist die letzte erhaltene Festung an der deutschen Nordseeküste.
Es wurde 1869–1879 auf dieser strategisch günstigen Position errichtet, um feindlichen (damals: französischen) Kriegsschiffen die Zufahrt in die Elbe zu versperren.
Heute kann das ca. 5 ha große Gelände besichtigt werden. Seit 2009 wird hier jährlich das Störtebeker Freilichttheater aufgeführt.
