Das Kloster Schönau ist ein Kloster der Minoriten (Franziskaner-Konventualen) im Kirchdorf Schönau in der bayerischen Gemeinde Gemünden am Main in der Diözese Würzburg.
Das Maria Empfängnis geweihte Kloster wurde 1189 durch Philipp von Thüngen zu Heßlar, Ministerialer, zusammen mit Gottfried von Pisemberg, Bischof von Würzburg, gegründet. Seit 1699 ist es Minoritenkloster, vor 1553 lebten hier Zisterzienserinnen. 1553 bis 1699 war es aufgehoben. Es sollte 1803 im Zuge der Säkularisation aufgelöst werden. Die Mönche verließen 1803 das Kloster nicht völlig und bauten ihre Niederlassung 1843 wieder auf und betreuen heute vor allem die Kloster- und Wallfahrtskirche.
