Travel report
On Sunday we all were on our way back home. In the village of Tumboel a Scottish highland calf suddenly came running merrily towards us. Bernhard made contact with its owner, so it could be returned to its meadow and its mother. By way of Fiskbaek and Adsboel we soon were in Nyboel, where we bade each other a happy farewell in the central roundabaout of the village. From here we rode in three different directions. Bernhard took the right road to Broager, Michael the left one towards Ballebro and the ferry to Als, while I cycled straigt to Soenderborg via Dybboel hill, of course only after having munched a roll from the bakery. As the weather was beautiful and I had a tailwind, I decided to cycle all the way home to Odense by way of Fynshav-Boejden ferry. Naturally, I needed the appropriate stops in order to refuel my rye bread engine with water and yes, bread.
We had spent some lovely days in each others company, in beautiful nature, a special island, on the peninsula of Loejt Land, in the Aabenraa town centre and on a fine base camp at Bremsmaj.
