Travel report

On Saturday I had a nice tailwind, as my direction was now West and North. I had lunch from my box at the manor of Krenkerup, and afterwards enjoyed a couple of glasses of good beer from Krenkerup's brewery on the sunny patio of the restaurant. My coffee break came at the church of Vaabensted. I had it inside the toilet because of the wind. It carried me on quickly towards Kragenaes, where the ferry to Femoe departs. The wind also gave me the opportunity to have a look at the art installation Dodekalitten. That means twelve stones in Greek. And truly: I saw twelve large carved slabs of stone, mostly with faces. From sitting stones in front of each of them electronic music was heard. It was a beautiful place on a hill with a nice view. This alone is very rare on the flat island of Lolland. Having arrived by ferry on Femoe I first had a bath in the sea and pitched my tent on the local football club's lawn. I had access to the club house. That was really nice, especially in the rain the next morning. In order to have dinner and a chat with the locals I went to the local inn, where both of my needs were fulfilled. I heard about the festival in July, which seems to be a lovely event to visit some day.
