Weather

Chilly, cloudy and windy. In the evening the skies cleared and the sunset was magnificent.

Properties

Bike lanes along major roads and minor roads without much traffic on Funen, Taasinge and Langeland. On Lolland a beautiful but tiresome path along the fiord of Nakskov. The last bit I wheeled my bike on a dike to the camp ground.

Remarks

The first stage falls into three pieces. The first piece from my home in Naesby outside Odense to Odense train station. Train ride to Svendborg Vest station. The second piece from there across the Svendborg Sound Bridge via the island of Taasinge and the Sioe Sound Dam to Sioe. From there across the Langeland Bridge to the island of Langeland. Crossed Langeland on the short side to the ferry port of Spodsbjerg. Ferry cross the Great Belt to Lolland. The third piece from Taars ferry port along the fiord of Nakskov to Nakskov camp ground at Hestehovedet ("The Horsehead).
