It leads along the World Heritage Sites
- Old Town Tallinn
- Riga Old Town and New Town in Riga
- Curonian Spit
- Vilnius Old Town
- Malbork Castle (Malbork)
- Old Town of Toruń (Thorn) and
- Museum Island (Berlin-Mitte).
In addition, a variety of interesting places to cultural testimonies starting from the time of the State of the Teutonic Order and the Hanseatic League up to the Early modern period (eg, Haapsalu, Turaida, Kuldīga (Goldingen), Klaipeda (Memel), Kaunas (Kauen), Monastery Pažaislio, Trakai, Kętrzyn (Rastenburg), Sanctuary Święta Lipka (Heiligelinde), Reszel (Rößel), Olsztyn (Allenstein), Elblag (Elbing), Gniew (Mewe), Kwidzyn (Marienwerder), Grudziądz (Graudenz), Chelmno (Kulm), Bydgoszcz (Bromberg), Koronowo (Krone), Miedzyrzecz (Meseritz), Neuhardenberg and Köpenick.
