Three days of biking holiday alone in Southern Schleswig with a look into Holstein. My goal was the naturist campsite at the Flemhude Lake, which is adjacent to the Kiel canal.
First I took the train to Padborg with an interchange in Kolding. From there i cycled through Harrislee and Flensburg city centre (first through the wood of Marienhoelzung) and out on the Angel peninsula. A glance at the church at Satrup. Along lonesome blocked roads because of road works to Lindaunis with the peculiar combined road and railway bridge on a shared track across to the peninsula of Schwansen. A short bathing break in Eckernfoerde. In Sehestedt I cross the Kiel canal on one of the free ferries. Along the canal to Lake Flemhude.
Quick shopping for supper in a super market in Felde before supper at the naturist campsite.
