Travel report
Die ersten km radeln wir durch den Auwald entlang der Amper. In Dachau suchen wir den Weg der Erinnerung und radeln auf der alten Bahntrasse, wo die Häftlinge in Zügen ins KZ gebracht wurden. Bedrückend! In der Gedenkstätte sind viele Besucher und Gruppen unterwegs.
Dann geht es kilometerlang kreuz und quer zwischen Mais- und abgeernteten Getreidefeldern hin und her, immer mit viel Gegenwind.
Trinkpause in Freising - hier ist gerade die halbe Stadt aufgegraben und wir wurschteln uns zwischen den Baustellenabsperrungen durch. Die letzten 20 km bis Moosburg führen wunderbar eben und ohne Wind entlang der Isar.
