Nach Nebel Sonne, 2 bis 14°, schwacher SO-Wind, 85 km mit 340 m auf (4) in 6:05 (14), 179 Fotos (2,1), Besonderes:
- Hügelig über Straßen und hübsche Dörfer nach Lenne
- Am Beginn des Bahntrassenweges an der Lenne gute Infotafeln mit Rundwanderweg zum ex-Zangsarbeiterlager "Schwarzes Land" im Westteil des Hils
- Schöner Bahntrassenradweg an der Lenne über Eschershausen und Kirchbrak nach Bodenwerder (NI 3.10)
- Paar Bahnhöfe existieren noch
- ex-Betriebswerk östlich von Holzminden
- an der Weser kurzweilig bis Emmerthal
- auf wieder schönem und abwechslungsreichen Radweg an der Emmer aufwärts bis nach Schieder, Teil des "Bahnradwegs Teuto-Weser"
Unterkunft recht edel in Schieder ("Landhotel") in einem Nebengebäude des Schlosses.
