75 km mit 350 m auf (4) in 5:30 (14 ), nach etwas Nebel Sonne, schwacher Ostwind, 2 bis 14°, 117 Fotos (1,6)
Weiter auf dem "Bahnradweg Teuto-Weser". Besonderes:
- Kurzer und schöner Bahntrassenradweg zwischen Schieder und Blomberg
- auch sonst bis Lemgo guter Radweg
- Bei Lemgo kurzweilig durch das Tal des Flüsschen Bega, teils als Park
- Bei Lage-Tottenhausen Park an der Werre
- langweilig über die Höhen des Lipperlandes mit vielen Vertriebenen-Siedlungen über Leopoldshöhe bis BI-Heepen
- durch das parkähnlich ausgebaute Tal der Lutter durch Bielefeld
- Die letzten zwei km durch Bielefeld wie schon 2x erlebt ätzend und verwirrend.
Ab Bielefeld mit RE6 und S1 zurück.
