Cycling routes in France

In recent weeks we have been working mainly on the preparation of cycle routes in France.

GPS tracks of these routes we have already had available on our site. Where necessary, we have updated the tracks.

We have put much effort to supplement the routes by about 1,700 points of interest: sights, infrastructure and cyclists friendly accommodations.

About 2/3 of the accommodations are Chambres d'hôtes (bed&breakfast), which are widely spread in France and are characterized usually by a good price / performance ratio.

Already largely completed is the work for the EuroVelo routes (EV1, EV3, EV4, EV6, EV8 and EV15) and the inter-regional routes ViaRhôna, Véloscénie, Vélodyssée, VéloFrancette, Canal des deux mers and many regional routes in the west and north.

Still to elaborate are the cycle routes in northeastern France, which we will turn our attention to in the coming weeks.
