New feature: Stage-Target-Locations with site plans with positions of POIs

In planned stage-target-locations a list of cyclists-friendly lodging, attractions and useful information from a radius of five kilometers is supplemented by program. For better orientation, these are positioned in a town / village map and referenced with a consecutive number. Compared to the previous solution POIs are now identifiable on the map.
