Der Faktorenhof Eibau ist ein Dreiseitenhof, Wohnhaus mit gut erhaltener Decken- und Wandmalerei, erbaut nach dem Vorbild des Reibersdorfer Schlosses, 1717 vollendet.
Im Faktorenhof befindet sich das Heimat- und Humboldtmuseum, zwischen 1864 und 1945 entstanden innerhalb der Sammeltätigkeit eines naturwissenschaftlich orientierten Heimatvereins, dem Humboldtverein von Alteibau. Ausstellung der Ortsgeschichte, einer Naturaliensammlung sowie Kuriositäten, Raritäten und zwei beweglichen Weihnachtskrippen.
