Weather

Poor! Low clouds in the mountains take the view during the train trip over the Albula pass. A lot of rain too, but mostly dry in St. Moritz in the evening. But very cool, 8-10°C

Properties

Short trip from the railway station of St. Moritz to the camp site along a tarmac bike path and a minor road past a large spa hotel. The last stretch to the camp site is on gravel.

Remarks

Train journey to St. Moritz. We, my son Simon (16 years) and I, had left home the evening before by car to Flensburg (my other son Alexander was our driver) and had taken the night train to Basel from there. In Basel we changed to an IC-train to Chur via Zuerich. At Chur we changed train to Rhaetishe Bahn's Albula train over the mountain pass with this name to St. Moritz.
