Properties

Passed Littlehampton town - a stretch wheeling our bikes on a stony beach to Elmer - shopped for lunch at Elmer - Bognor Regis promenade with less tourists on an overcast Monday - on a secondary road in some traffic away from the coast - a lovely gravel path along a canal into Chichester, where we had our lunch on a bench - a look at the town of Chichester with a beautiful cathedral and a medieval town wall - a curvy route across a railway bridge through Fishbourne - on good cycle lanes along a main road through Emsworth and Havant - in Havant we turned south towards Hayling island - across the bridge and along a splendid gravel path in perfect nature on the island - big disappointment at Hayling ferry as the ferry was out of service - We have some beers, arrange the hotel accomodation and tickets for tomorrows ferry trip to France and a bike trip to the sea where I have a bath - back the same bike path to Havant - splendid cycle highway along a motorway along the bay and on into the city of Portsmouth - an eating break af KFC - some confusion through Pompey but we find our hotel easily enough - an evening in good old Pompey.
