Das Kloster Himmelkron war vom 13. bis zum 16. Jahrhundert ein Kloster der Zisterzienserinnen in Himmelkron 
in Oberfranken in der Diözese Bamberg. Danach diente es den Bayreuther Markgrafen bis zum 19. Jahrhundert als Sommerresidenz und Jagdschloss. Heute ist es Wohnheim und Tagesstätte für Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung.
Die ursprünglich gotische Klosterkirche wurde im 17. und 18. Jahrhundert barockisiert. Heute ist die Stiftskirche St. Maria eineevangelisch-lutherischePfarrkirche. Von den übrigen Gebäuden des Klosters ist nur noch ein Flügel des gotischen Kreuzgangs erhalten, die heutigen Gebäude stammen überwiegend aus dem 16. bis 18. Jahrhundert. Der ehemalige Nonnenchor wurde als Stiftskirchenmuseum eingerichtet.
